Superfood Chia Scramble
Ingredients:
2 Manning Valley Free Range Eggs
1 tbsp. milk or cream
1 tsp. chia seeds
½ avocado- sliced
Method:
Whisk together the eggs and milk. Heat Frypan over medium heat, add eggs, cook for a few minutes folding eggs over to scramble
Add Chia seeds the last few minutes of cooking
Serve on a plate with sliced avocado
