Easy Super Healthy Eggs
Ingredients:
2-3 Manning Valley Free Range Eggs
Handful baby spinach
Tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp coconut oil
Method:
Heat a frypan over medium heat, add coconut oil and crack eggs sunny side up. Cook for a few minutes or till liking.
Top with spinach and chia seeds last 2 minutes of cooking
Add a little pink rock salt and cracked black pepper if desired
